Lynn’s intention as a teacher is to make mindfulness and meditation accessible to everyone. She aims to guide students to find more purpose and meaning in life.

Known for her inspiring and authentic teachings, her practice will help you learn to feel your feelings, listen to your inner wisdom, and develop a sense of your true self.

Her work is an eclectic blend of contemplative practices that provide a grounded, modern approach to mindfulness and meditation. Lynn leads groups, as well as individuals, in mindfulness meditation, spiritual direction, and yoga for emotional balance..

Lynn has been teaching and guiding mindfulness meditation students since 2012.

She is certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by the University of California Berkeley, Greater Good Science Center. The two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), is led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is also a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).

Her additional certifications include, Teacher Trainer with the Yoga Alliance (500 RYT), and Spiritual Director through the Haden Institute in Hendersonville, NC.

Lynn was a co-founder, and creative director of Yoga Source in Richmond, VA.

She began her personal yoga practice in the late 1980’s. It was through yoga that she was initially introduced to Meditation.

She continues her studies in the healing arts as a student of American Theravada Buddhism, Jungian Theory, Christian Mysticism and Yoga.

Lynn is a grateful mother and grandmother who currently lives in Richmond, VA with her husband, Rob, and Lizzie, the Norfolk Terrier.
