Designed for individuals who are interested in going deeper.

These unique practice groups have the same students each week, and require a commitment of attendance and confidentiality.

This consistency provides a safe container for people to share their experiences. Practice groups provide deep connection for students, and have proven to strengthen one’s ability to practice mindfulness and meditation in everyday life.

These groups are ongoing and require a weekly commitment.

Mindfulness Meditation experience is required.
