Weekly Mindfulness Practice
beginning Spring of 2024

Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30pm – $30 Auto-Renew, Monthly

This is where we start.

These online mindfulness classes will include:
guided meditation, sharing (if you choose), and discussion.

Each week will feature a different topic. They are a great entry point for those new to mindfulness meditation, as well as experienced practitioners.

Part of the practice is honoring participants time. Classes will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive on time so that we can begin together. No admittance after 4:30pm. No exceptions.

  • Yes, even if you have a membership, you still have to register for classes you’d like to attend. Zoom links are sent after you register for class.

  • Zoom link are automatically sent as soon as you register for class. If you’re a member, all you have to do is log in and select the classes you’d like to attend.
